Website purchases are billed in USD through Stripe. Purchases made inside our iOS or Android apps are billed by Apple's App Store or Google Play in your local currency, using Apple's and Google's regional price tiers — these may not exactly match the USD price after conversion, and in some countries they include local taxes. Either way, the exact amount you will be charged is always shown on the payment sheet before you confirm your purchase.

Your minutes reset at the start of each billing month. Meetings, Voice Keyboard dictation, and live translation all draw from the same monthly pool, and once it runs out they pause until the reset — or you can upgrade for a bigger pool. Everything you have already recorded stays available.

They are archived, not deleted. Archived meetings stay in your list, and upgrading unlocks every note again instantly.

Yes — up to 45 minutes per recording on Basic, 2 hours on Premium, and 4 hours on Business. When you reach the limit the recording stops and saves automatically — just start a new recording to continue in the same note. All recordings draw from your monthly transcription minutes.
